Overview
XPMKT, LLC provides digital marketing, branding, website development, and subscription-based services. Due to the nature of digital and customized services, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
Digital Services & Custom Work
All services offered by XPMKT, LLC are digital, customized, and/or subscription-based.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Branding & logo design
Website design or development
Website hosting & maintenance
Social media management
Advertising management (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
SEO, content creation, and consulting services
No refunds are provided for partially completed work, unused service time, or change of mind after the service has begun.
Subscription Services
For recurring services (monthly plans or subscriptions):
Payments are billed in advance
Cancellation requests must follow the minimum commitment (grace period) defined in the service agreement
Fees already paid are non-refundable
Services remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle
Failure to use the service does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation according to the terms defined in their service agreement.
If a cancellation occurs before the minimum commitment period, a penalty fee may apply as described in the contract.
No Physical Products
XPMKT, LLC does not sell physical products. Therefore:
Returns are not applicable
Shipping refunds are not applicable
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting XPMKT, LLC to resolve the issue may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Loss of access to deliverables
Additional administrative or legal fees
