Overview
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to one-time purchases, subscriptions, and recurring service plans offered by XPMKT, LLC.
By purchasing or subscribing to any service, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.
One-Time Purchases
For one-time digital services:
Payment is required in full and in advance
Once work has started, the purchase cannot be canceled
No refunds are issued after service initiation
Unused or partially completed services are non-refundable
Subscription & Recurring Services
For subscription-based or recurring service plans:
Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
A minimum commitment period (“Grace Period”) may apply, as defined in the service agreement or plan description
Cancellations requested before completion of the Grace Period may be subject to penalties
Fees already paid are non-refundable
Services remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
How to Cancel
To request cancellation, clients must:
Submit a written request via email to support@xpmkt.com
Provide the account or order details associated with the purchase
Submit the request according to the notice period defined in the service agreement, when applicable
Cancellation requests submitted after a billing cycle has started will take effect in the next billing period.
No Refunds Upon Cancellation
Canceling a purchase or subscription does not entitle the client to:
Refunds for past payments
Credits for unused time
Partial refunds for ongoing work
Service Suspension for Non-Payment
Failure to complete payment or chargeback attempts may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Termination of active subscriptions
Loss of access to deliverables until payment issues are resolved
Modifications to Purchase Options
XPMKT, LLC reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any purchase option, subscription plan, or pricing structure at any time.
Changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next billing cycle, unless required by law.
